The D71X soft-seated wafer butterfly valve is a type of soft-seated butterfly valve. Its opening and closing mechanism is a disc that rotates between 0° and 90° to control the flow passage. The valve is primarily composed of an EPDM seat, a ductile iron or stainless steel disc, a ductile iron body, and a stainless steel stem. This butterfly valve features a compact structure, reliable performance, quick and easy installation and removal, and a wide range of applications.
The standard valve parts are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof.
The valve body adopts self-designed multi-standard valve body from mold full process independent process, and the upper flange size meets the international general ISO5211 standard. Ductile iron solid body, spheroidization rate above level 3.

The outer circle/end diameter of the ductile iron butterfly plate is processed by CNC machine tools, with higher dimensional accuracy and guaranteed airtightness. Each valve plate is metered twice to ensure concentricity, making it easier and more labor-saving to open.
The valve stem is made of 420 stainless steel, which has strong corrosion resistance and the valve stem is not easy to rust.
